Isabelle Griffith is a woman
with such calm energy I simply had to have her on the show. As
someone who's always rushing around I hoped that by chatting to
Isabelle some of her calming energy would rub
off.
As
I know from my journey in recovery you don’t get more sober by
sitting next to the most sober person in the room and the same is
true of energy.
In
this episode Isabelle shares how we too can use the power of pause
to enjoy the journey. Transformation takes time but you have to
