Is getting fit in 2020 one of your ambitions? Today I'm joined by Lisa Moore of Fit For Moore. Lisa is a personal trainer and health coach and what she doesn't know about getting fit simply isn't worth knowing. I’ve invited Lisa on the show because I haven't done what I said I was going to do three months ago, check out episode 1 with Dr Katherine Hickman. I said I was going to lose three stone in weight. Now I haven't lost a single kilo or pound because I haven’t created a tiny habit. So I wanted to chat with Lisa about how our heads can sometimes stop us from achieving what we want to achieve. Lisa and I delve into some of the things that can hold us back and what we can do to set ourselves up for success if we too want to get fit.
